Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update. Please note the estimated time is from the date the order has shipped!

Incorrect Information & Lost Mail

If you have made an order with an incorrect address or missing apartment number, email us immediately at info@sage-and-linen.com to resolve your issue before your order ships. If we are unable to make a change of address, we are not responsible for the incorrect information.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you receive the wrong size, incorrect item or a damaged item in your order, email us immediately.
